This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive destination, fulfilling all of our needs with its top-notch amenities. the Spa & Wellness centre was exquisite, offering an array of massages and beauty treatments. the Swimming pool was delightful, and the outdoor garden area was impressive. The Restaurant provided delicious food, and the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for relaxing and having a drink. Cons: the only minor issue was with the service, which could have been faster. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel was located in a forest area which made the surroundings very peaceful. The hotel's gym was well equipped with machines and the walking track around the woods was a great way to exercise. The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing.

The service was very bad during our stay. The check-in desk took way too long and the cleaning of the room was not up to standard.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the array of activities and facilities offered on the property. the breakfast and dinner were great, with a variety of options. the kids club provided a safe and fun environment for children, with attentive staff. the outdoor playground and pool were perfect for families and there was a gym and pilates/yoga studio for fitness enthusiasts. the location was convenient, being only a short distance from local restaurants and shops.

the air conditioning unit in the room was positioned poorly, resulting in it blowing directly onto the couch.
